Prefer a print-ready PDF upload. That is the reliable path for branded type.

Uploaded PDFs

We inspect the file for a %PDF- header and a page count, then store and submit the original bytes to LetterStream. We do not rasterize, subset-strip, or run pdf.save() on an upload, so Inter, Roboto, Open Sans, Source Serif, Merriweather, Georgia, Times, Helvetica, Arial, Courier, DejaVu, and Noto stay exactly as you embedded them.
